In the registration form specify exact delivery address, your e-mail and reachable telephone number. Proceed with your order and checkout with preferred payment method. By placing your order at myaxelmed.com you accept the Terms & Conditions of our online store. Please note that a fee of €15,00 will be charged for orders less than €150,00.
We accepts payments by major Credit Cards via Paypal and prepayments via Bank Transfer. All payments online are done in the Paypal website and are protected by the SSL certificates. Please check with your bank if your credit card is activated for online payments.
Currency: online you can select fixed prices in EUR or variable in US$ and CHF. Prices in US$ and CHF will vary costantly as the currency exchange rate is automatically updated daily with the Euro Bank Official Exchange.
We usually take 1 to 7 business days for order preparation upon the volume of the order and availability of the goods. Each delivery we carefully check before shipping the correctness of the products and if they are intended for use togheter. In case of dubt we would recommend you to change or add some items. If the order isn’t correct we will contact you by e-mail or phone for details clarification. After order preparing and parcel shipping we provide an e-mail with the parcel number and tracking link. Please check our email address is not in your Spam folder, etc.
Sending parcels going from warehouse in Italy and depends on the buyer’s country. For specification sending country please contact us at email@example.com . The orders are dispatched to all countries of the world by international couriers as DHL, FEDEX, etc. and all parcels are always insured for the total amount. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, e-mail and contact number. In case of reshipment of the order due to incorrect address, all shipping costs are paid by the customer. In case of customs duties or local taxes they needs to be paid by the customer. Terms and conditions for importation of medical devices in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. With the acceptance you confirm you are a Dentist or a Doctor expert in the dental profession. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Return / Exchange
Before sending back any product you must have our authorization with a valid RMA form. Please contact our sales department to have instruction and obtain a RMA form to return the goods. Please note that we can exchange or take back goods only in unopened and original packaging without any damage. You should send the products within 30 days of receipt. You need to send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with the tracking number. Exchanges may take up to eight business days to process after we receive and check the goods. Please always specify in the RMA form: your full name, number and date the order, list of the products to be exchanged, the reason for the return of the products. In case of loss of the parcel it is considered as lost in 40 days after shipping. Refunds/exchange are not possible during shipping process.
We reserves the right to make any changes of the prices without any notice. Only paid orders price remain unchanged.
We are not responsible for delays or any failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our control. Such acts include, but are not limited to, acts of local post service, acts of war, epidemics, strikes, governmental regulations superimposed after the fact, fire, communication line failures, power failures, earthquakes, or other disasters.
